Wednesday Gatherings
Queen Ka'ahumanu Center/Maui Film Festival;
Gatherings for Poly-Friendly People;
1st & 3rd Wednesdays
Elon & Jim would like to meet and network with poly-friendly people on the beautiful island of Maui!!
To help with this, we're having gatherings twice a month on Wednesday evenings.
The *first Wednesday* evening of the month will be a munch-gathering at Queen Ka'ahumanu Center
in Kahului, upstairs in the seating area near Edo Japan. The time will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Look
for a stuffed TURTLE doll (green shell, yellow head & legs, size about 6 inches) somewhere on the
table.
On the *third Wednesday* evening of each month, since Elon & Jim enjoy movies, the gathering will
be at the Maui Film Festival (theater located at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului) to view
whatever movie is showing at 7:30pm. Take a look at http://mauifilmfestival.com/ for Film Festival
details. Please join us at a table just outside the theater as early as 6:30pm (but no later than 7:25pm).
We can chat for a while, and then go see the movie!! Look for a stuffed TURTLE doll (green shell,
yellow head & legs, size about 6 inches) somewhere on the table. There are meals, other food stuff,
and drinks for sale where we'll be meeting for the movies, but it might be a bit pricey, in my opinion
(depending on your budget.) You might want to eat before you arrive.
There are no agendas or specific topics of discussion for these get-togethers; just poly-friendly
people getting together and talking about whatever comes up.
